My Grandfather Samuel Knight Marshall was born in 1882 in Tiverton. He married in Swansea 1909 and was widowed in 1915. In 1923 he married Ethel Elizabeth Waygood from Wellington in Somerset. She was born in 1890 to Charles Waygood and Emily (nee Hannam). At the age of 10 I have discovered that she was boarding with a William and Eliza Jeffries in South Street, Wellington, possibly because her parents had died? Did she have any brothers & sisters who may have gone to live with other relatives? I do not know if there were any children from the marriage of Ethel & Samuel Marshall but if anyone has any information I would love to hear from them. |
