Trying to find McDonald

I am trying to find any information on Thomas McDonald and his wife Elspeth Duff. They came from the north-east of Scotland, possibly aberdeenshire, and were born around the beginning of 1800. I believe Thomas died around 1855 in St. Nicholas, Aberdeenshire, and that he was a farmer. Thomas and Elspeth were my great, great, great grandparents. They had a daughter Agnes, also known as Nancy, who was born in 1832, and who married Francis Watson in 1855.
