I have unsuccessfully emailed a few merricks without any replies. I am now trying by leaving this message for all merricks!!!! I was born in 1956 to a Nellie Merrick who lived (and still does to my knowledge) in Smethick, Birmingham. I was given up for adoption. I was named Janet at birth. I have a sister, Dorothy who used to live in Burton upon Trent and a brother Malcolm. I do not know the whereabouts of Malcolm. My birth sister and brother were not given up for adoption. If anyone has any info on above family i would be grateful as i am trying to do my birth tree, as well as my adopted one If anyone knows Dorothy, married to Paddy and living in Alrewas the last time I heard please could they tell her I am looking for her as I have lost her address and the letter my birth mother wrote telling me who my father was.. |
