Trying to find my Dads Half Brother, Donald

Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	Hi!!! We have been trying to find my Dads Half Brother for years now. I am really hoping that with the vast amount of people on here, someone may be able to help. Unfortunately due to his age, he may be dead now but he will no doubt have family, maybe children. His name is Donald Miller born around 1930-1935, his father was William Miller, i dont know his Mothers name. Brought up in Birmingham with Raymond & Margaret Miller who are half siblings. He had a brother called Billy, there were more siblings but i cant remember the names. William Miller re married a Frances Green and had Raymond in 1947 & Margaret around 1940 Donald & Billy were from his previous marriage. I have heard that Donald may have emigrated to Canada a while ago. I would really appreciate any pointers, we would love to find my Dads family. Many thanks Helen

	Do you have the marriage cert of William and Frances ? Do you know what William's middle name was? Do you know if Billy was younger or older than Donald? You 'imply' that you do not think Donald was born in the \|Birmingham area ? Was Billy not brought up with Donald and his half siblings, if not, do you know what happened to him? Do you have any more info, no matter how small? Dea x

	When was the father born? ...........to get an idea of when he would have been old enough to marry for the first time Also, where was he born?

Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	This is so old but I have never located my Dads family, Donald's Mother was Clara I believe. Billy lived in Sutton Coldfield in recent years. Dea, Billy and Donald were brought up together. Born in Birmingham.. Their father Willlam was William George Miller born 1895. He married Clara Jones 1917. Then he married Frances Maude Green.

His father was William George Miller born 4th August 1895 and mother Clara Jones born 1898. He had 6 siblings. His father married Frances Green after Clara died. I have done our family tree but had no idea there was a half sibling!!! My brother and I were brought up with our grandparents. If I can be of any help please don’t hesitate to contact me. Nicola
