Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	Hi all, I am trying to find a Michael Ivan Milligan who was born in Middlesex? England on the 23 September 1945. His mother is Renee Milligan nee Chapman and his father was called Algernon Milligan. Michael was last living in Manchester but I believe has moved to Ontario, Canada. I think he is married to a nurse. If anyone knows of Michael or his family I would greatly appreciate any light you may throw on the situation. Thank you for you help!
