1891 census does not show a Charles Stevens with wife named Jemima/Jeanette

What was the name of the child born 1884?

Have you got the death cert of this woman?

The marriage found and posted by Lindsey matches the details of the Charles Stevens whose death was in 1932.........his second initial on both entries was V.

So, you may need to re-think about earlier events.................

Obviously, the wise thing to do would be to purchase the marriage cert....................

They might have married much later in the relationship, having lived common law for many years!!

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORT'Charles was Charles Victor Stevens.he had two children with Ada Woolmer born 1883 at St Luke London one in 1915 called Charles and one in abt1917 called William who died aged abt 21on a motor bike at the devels punch bowl they took Ada's married name of Reed.But Stevens had six children of his own with Jemima Harris also known as Jeanette. He had a shop in Hoxton London were he made organ's and piano's. They then had Frank in 1908 in Romford. (Iam trying to find if there are any living relatives.)
