Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi, I'm trying to find any information on Cecil Fredrick Lockwood Milton born around the early 1900's. We think he may be from Plymouth originally, and had several children in his first marraige the only one of whom we know of is Billy in Canada. He went on to marry nellie videan butler (ann miller) and moved to Scotland. If anyone can help I would be grateful to hear from you.
