Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to find any info on my grandfather John Richardson Nichol (known as Jock). His father was John Nichol a clog maker in Edinburgh and his mother was Christina Richardson. My grandfather was a scholarship boy at George Herriott's in Edinburgh (now Herriott-Watt University). He had a sister Christina who emigrated to New Zealand and was married to Mabel Abigail Bassett on 4th June 1922. They had one son, John Waltham Nichol. Can you help. Diane Grist nee Nichol.
