Trying to find Parkin

I am trying to find anyone who may have known my mother, Hazel Catherine Barr Parkin nee Richardson. She was born in Cairo whilst her father was serving with The Green Howards and was raised in India. On returning to the UK she married Hubert Vincent Parkin in 1938 but they later divorced. She served in the RAF during the war and was stationed in Derby House in Liverpool, which is now the Western Approaches Museum. I was born during her time there and adopted some time later.I would particularly like to know more about this time. She later moved to the Lake District where she worked as a receptionist and then to Worthing in Sussex where she married James Calder in 1964. She died there in 1982. |
