I am starting my family tree......... Not doing too well.
I would gratefully appreciate any help from the GN Community

My mothers maiden name was Payn
Her father was Stanley Albert Payn - born London 1914 died 1995
Her mother was Sarah Payn - maiden name Elliott ( I think that is the correct spelling) - born London c1916 died 1968/69
Stanley Payn - his mothers name was Ethel Orris (I think that is the correct spelling) - I don't know the exact date she was born, I think aroung 1882 - 1890 - I was told that she was born in Wales (UK). She lost all her children in childhood exept for Stanley (my grandfather)
I don't know any names from my Grandmother Sarah's family, although quite a few members of her family were residing in South London. (Camberwell, Old Kent Road, Peckham)

That is the extent of my family tree knowledge ........ Not a lot, quite sad really.

Looking at the ages for Rachel, Eliza and mum Mary on the previous census the dates all tally, I think a young brother Ebenezer helps too, obviously his sister named her son after him.
