Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	I am trying to contact anyone who was connected to Charles Hyler Penalver otherwise known as "Monk".He was born in 1903 and died in 1955.He had brothers named Bob,Joe(Dub),Dick(PERCY), and one known as "Shieky" for some reason.
