Iam trying to locate my dad Kenneth Philpott's cousins Ivor and Malcolm Philpott (brothers) last know in the Hanwell area, we believe they were adopted after their parent died. I know their father was Herbert Winston Philpott born 21.11.1915 and mother was Dot.
