I'm very low on information and I wondered if there was anyone who is related to a Joseph (is my grandfather)or Faye Rigney (brother &sister) born around about 1907-09 in Shefield or Manchester area. Josepth left home and ran away to sea when he was about 14 or 15. Any info would be great. Thanks
