Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hello. I am a descendent of John Ryder, b Birmingham 1791, moved to Sheffield, owned land and property around city centre. Had son Edward, landlord of Barrel Inn London Road, 1870/1880s. Ryders generally continued to live in Sheffield, but in comparative poverty mainly as cutlery workers. Benjamin became blacksmith at Hathersage 1890s. Does anyone have any connections? Pat Otter (nee Ryder)
