Trying to find Sea

My great grandfather, Henry Thomas Sea MAYS, was born 25 Dec 1875 in Kensington, Middlesex. His parents were Robert MAYS, a butler, and Margaret SEA. I have been unable to find them (all three) in any Census 1861-1901 in London. It is likely that they came from another part of England with the family that he (?) worked for. Mays is a very popular name in Norfolk and Suffolk. To our knowledge, my great grandfather was an only child. He became a captain in the Merchant Marines and died aboard his ship in 1941. Margaret became a governess and with her second husband, HOUGHTON, worked in Russia, escaping in 1917 and going to live in Hailsham, SSX with my father and his parents. Margaret and her second husband moved to Ealing. If anyone has any knowledge of any of these people, please contact me at [email protected]
