Hi I am trying to trace the mother of my patrenal grandmother ANNIE MARIE STEADMAN. She was born in Eastham, Merseyside 03/01/1890. Her fathers name was WILLIAM. She had an older sister called AGNES, an older brother called ALFRED and 4 younger brothers- JOSEPH, WILLIAM, CHARLES (all killed in WW1) and ALBERT. ANNIE moved to Chester where she married my grandfather JOHN ARROWSMITH BILLINGTON (1885-1965) on 15/06/1910 They soon moved to BIRMINGHAM where they stayed for the rest of their lives and had 8 children between 1910 and 1932. Annie died in 1981. I would be grateful for any information about any of her family. |
