Hello,

Really interested to read this, as William is my great x 4 grandparent and I have been doing extensive research on the Batheaston and Bath connections and family line. Direct line is Jasmine and Francis Cannings, who were my Grandma and Great Uncle - he is till alive, 96 this year! Happy to share my tree and would love to fill in some more missing gaps.

I regularly visit the graves of Joseph and Querina Cannings in Batheaston.

There is a family of Cannings in Box a village outside of bath who lived in the village for several generations. Worth a look.

please any info on fanny mary canning born in bath in 1847 i have info on her from 1881 census and copy of her marrage certificate ..she married joseph price at our lady of victories in 1872 have her on 1891 and 1901 census but can t locate her before 1881 apart from her marriage .any info on her family past or her descendents very welcome thanks keith
