The 1901 census has an Ethel Lockyer who is 4, she's the daughter of Susan M. Lockyer, 24 who in turn is a step-daughter of Charles Criddle who is married to Caroline.

Ethel Maud Criddle or Lockyer
She was 18 when she got married to Albert Williams in 1914. Can't find any record of her birth, but i have found an Ethel Maud Lockyer, think it may be her any help would be great!
