Hmmmm this is interesting so this could be Margaret's mother? but she was orignally british?...........maybe sent to Ireland as she was out of wedlock to keep it all hush hush? |

the only Teahan that comes up in Cork of the right age to be Margaret's mother is a Christina J Teahan age 21 born England pupil at College |

It was my father who registered her death Love him to bits but to be honest he doesn't know his own true b/day & who his grandfather & grandmother was he said they died before he was born & bless him he is 71yrs old now |

I have found out my Galvin side of the family where they were living in Ireland etc thanks to Janet as I looked up the 1911 census I wish I could find more on my Grandmother who was born in Ireland as we believe a orphan or out of wedlock her birth day is the 12/11/1914 & her name is Margaret Teahan but I cannot find anything so far so if you can help here it would be useful to be able to complete my tree. |

After Talking to my Dad he tells me that all of our family stayed in Ireland The only person to leave was my grandfather Patrick he left Ireland long before the war started & settled in Kilburn He Later met my Nan & they were both Married 1935-36 in Kilburn & had my father Jerrimiah & Nora My Grandad was a carpenter & Nan was a domestic/housemaid they were later called to serve in the army when war broke out. |
