could this be her.

im trying to find jessie white in the 1901 census but am not having any luck. she was born 1886 east Ham essex. In the previous 1891 census she was 5yrs old and living with her family. i want to know whether she is still at home or has moved. i even tried to search there street address but it would find no results. their street address in the 1891 census was 16 east street. the following is the address information i have but every time i enter it in the census it comes up with no results, so im not sure if im doing it correctly.

i want to know whether they are still living at this address. why cant i find the same jessie from the 1891 census in the 1901 census what am i doing wrong?
