But maybe she was also known as rachel for some reason?!??!

Please can you let us have all the details from the marriage cert and any census that you have found the family on.

i know this was the census that i found....i was all excited as i thought that this must be them... but when i ordered sarah's birth cert. i was told that her mum was not called susan!!
so this has confused me even more
i am going to try to order her birth cert again...and start at the beginning. i think this is best

i have seen that census entry before,
That's not the one i was looking for,
I do not know the name of phillips wife, but i know it is not susan, i tried to order a birth cert of his daughter and it got rejected...i had put in her mother's name as being susan and GRO did a check and it came back that it was not her mothers name.

I am trying to find any informatio on Moses Myers who married Elizabeth Stroud i have no idea when they were born,but i am guessing about the 1830's, their first child sarah was born on 12th jan 1856, she had a brother called phillip who was born around 1862. other siblings were as follows; elizabeth, betsey, joseph, rebecca.
I can't seem to find any census records of elizabeth and moses with their children together...
i have a marriage cert. of phillip which says that his fathers name was solomon,
and sarah's birth cert says her parents were moses and elizabeth, so i am wondering if i have the wrong marriage for phillip (i think i have as no one seems to recognise his wives name) or they have different fathers,
if anyone can find any details of them this would be most appreciated,
i am also trying to find the marriage of elizabeth and phillip as i can't seem to trace it
