FannyByGaslight Report 5 Jul 2008 15:55

edwin jarvis married sarah jane platt in 1872 who later remarried after his death
i have his b.c and m.c[ occupation bricklayer]
both say father .william jarvis bricklayer/builder
and b.c says mother elizabeth cox
have found william and elizabeth through address search on ancestry [,only 2 hours!!] in 1851 ,they are gone from there in 1861.
i would like to find him with his parents in 1861 or 71 just to be certain i have the correct info for the tree
1851 census
william jarvis 1811 builder hornchurch essex
elizabeth 1812 m.sex
elizabeth age13
william age 11
albert age 8
john age 6
thomas age 4
emma age mnths
address 24 harts lane st matthew bethnal green tower hamlets.
same as edwins b.c in 1852.

some enumeration districts are missing from bethnal green so does this mean they were illegible etc? or lost?

thank you
vivienne
