	Have you bought her marriage certificate for her fathers name and occupation? If he were a soldier, it may well be she was born abroad. It may also be that her name wasnt Ruby when she was registered and she added that. I have a rellie who was born Ellen Elinor. She goes through her life as Beatrice or Jenny. Get the certificate.

	really need your help on this one guys...i have searched on all lhe relavant sites and cannot find any trace of my great grandmother ruby huxtable....all the info i have on her is ruby constance huxtable b.1887 d.roughly around 1975 in walthamstow east london married to edward martin and had a daughter joan constance martin 23/1/1922 in west ham .. ive searched and searched for her but to no avail there was a rumour she was born in spain but i dont know if this is true ...any help would be very very greatefully recieved
