Cannot find relevant birth for Hezikiah Smith (Market Drayton District) on freebmd but have a birth and christening on IGI. Can find a birth for Robert Smith ??

Hezikiah Smith .. Age 1 .. born: Mucclestone, Salop
Living with family: Dorrington, Salop

1861 C
Robert Smith .. Age 11 .. born: Muxton, Salop (other name for mucclestone)
Living with same family: Aston, Mucclestone

1871 C
Robert Smith .. Age 17? .. born: Mucclestone, Salop
Living with same family: Aston, Mucclestone

1881 C
Robert Smith dissapears and Hezikiah reappears
Hezikiah Smith .. Age 32 .. born: Pipegate, Staffordshire
**Pipegate is in the parish of Mucclestone and in later census' he says Pipegate, Salop.

Whenever Robert appears I can't find a definate Hezikiah
When Hezikiah appears I can't find a Robert

Is this the same person ?????

Do you think he was registered Robert and they changed it to Hezikiah but gave his 'official' name for census' till he left home?
