Where have you got the maiden name of Elizabeth from?

Can't see a Hunt/McGroth marriage

Thanks for your help, it was a long shot, I was looking for a Thomas who I think was born in Ireland c1840, he had a daughter called Catherine who was born 1874, I know they moved over to England, Catherine later Married a John Ludden in 1902,

I have been trying all day to find information about Catherines Mother and any other children within the Family

Sorry if this sounds sketchy but I now have an headache (this is hard work)
