On the death registration of Isabella (b. 1838) in 1912, it stated that her parents were William Todd & Isabella BRADY.

I know that this info in not always 100% correct but...
as there is a surname for her mother, it is worth considering, even if the first name is wrong.

This family seem to have a habit of giving their children a family surname..
Elizabeth 'Todd'
Mary 'Brady'
Margaret 'Hartley'

From your info.,
I gather that you now know that the Australia family are connected to you though your gr grandfather.
His sister is the mother of the Elizabeth Todd (Aisbeth) Barrett you were originally looking for .

There is alot more electoral roll info. if you want it.
I realise that this family is only a side branch and you may not want to expand it that far.

I assume that your next step is to find the surname of Isabella & William's mother.

I could not find an obvious marriage for William, so you might have to get birth certificates to find out his wife's name.

Hi Julie

I agree with you that your find is definitely the family and it would be lovely to see if there are any of the family still around somewhere but as you say I am now going to see where the Brady and Hartley come from and try and trace William's wife.
