Gosh that was fast. Thanks a million for your time and effort. Correct his mother is Hannah Hamlet (nee Burns).

Where did you find the details about Ontario, Canada as this may be the link that I have been looking for, two and a half years in fact. Bravo, I am impressed, well done and thank you very much.

Can you advise how I get onto the Canada search stuff?

Nathan or Nathaniel Hamlet, born in Birkenhead about 1898.

Believed to have emigrated to either USA, Canada or perhaps Australia.

Can anyone help to track this elusive sleuth?
