Do any of you kind people have an address search facility for the 1881?

If so, I'm interested to know who is living at 46 Pelham Street, South Kensington, Middlesex.

I found reference to this address in 1886 as the home of Arthur Alfred Hughes, I'm hoping he's a photographer.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
