Sue in Somerset Report 12 Dec 2008 00:45

Me again!

I have just been through marriages on the BMD site
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/

I found the marriage of Edward Spooner in the September quarter of 1858
Spooner Edward Joseph Kings N.
6c 371

I looked on the same page and no Kezia BUT there were an uneven number of males and females.

I then looked at all the marriages in that quarter in Kings Norton and found only one Kezia

Laverick Kezia Kings N.
6c 571

Those pages are so similar that I think someone has mistranscibed one.

I'd get Edward's marriage certificate if I were you.

Use the codes for volume and pages to make sure you get it at the cheapest rate.

Hello,
I just put a request for help on the chat boards and the kindly lady I spoke to there suggested I request help on these boards as I am a little stuck.
I will post the link to my thread rather than write it all again if that's acceptable!

Thank you for any help you can give :) x
