	There were no France-s born in Runcorn 1850-1860 per the GRO index. http://www.freebmd.org.uk Not born there, but lived there, maybe? What is your information taken from? Censuses? Have you looked for them in the censuses as adults? Have you looked at FreeBMD for marriages?
