On freebmd there are a number of Shailer births in Lambeth at the 'right spacing' for siblings eg

Think you'll have to buy Samuel John's birth certificate to get parent's names. It's on FreeBMD.

There is a Shailer marriage around the time/place with one of the women missing.

Samuel's birth ref is on there too.

It would also be useful for you to find the family in the 1911 census - that would give you John and Ellen's ages and places of birth.

Can't find any marriage of a Shailer and a Vaughan on FreeBMD.

Have you looked on FreeBMD?

You should be able to find Samuel's birth and you should be able to find John and Ellen's marriage details.

Then you can order those certificates which will give you enough information to track back further.

Hi I am trying to find the family of John Shailer who married an Ellen Vaughan. I would like to know when they were married and any children they had. I know they had a son Samuel John B1905 in the Lambeth area but I know nothing else. Can anyone help?
