Trying to find Arthur b.1907 Ontario Canada had sister Violet.Parents James White & Floria Adams emigrated to Canada in 1903

Could this be the family in 1911 even though father is Jos. Arthur?
Galt, Waterloo South, Ontario.

I looked at the original and believe the father is Jas. Arthur. (Jas. being short for James.)
The parents were born England and emigrated 1904.

Yes I would bet this is correct information where did you find it? I ve been trying canadian census with no luck

Thanks for the info have managed to find him and sister appears to have been the Mayor of Galt and Member of Parliament...now all i have to do is find out marriage children etc thanks for pointing me in the right direction

Arthur Walter Adams White (October 10, 1907 – July 9, 1973) was a Canadian lawyer and politician.

White was born in East Zorra Township to James and Floria White (nee Adams). His parents had emigrated from England in 1903 and moved to Galt (now Cambridge, Ontario) in 1908, when Arthur was a year old. Arthur White attended the Galt Collegiate Institute and St. Michael's College School in Toronto. He went on to earn a B.A. from the University of Toronto and obtained a law degree from Osgoode Hall in 1938.

White established a legal practice in Galt in 1939, and became involved in civic life. In the 1953 federal election, he was elected under the Liberal Party of Canada banner to represent the riding of Waterloo South. Defeated in the 1957 election, he returned to Galt politics and as a member of the Parks Board campaigned fiercely for Galt's 1959 purchase of the farm which is now Churchill Park.

Arthur White Street in Cambridge, Ontario is named for him.

Yes we have all that info but cant find out any more eg. wife or children the family says there were( but they are all now in the US) and sister Violet married about 4 times so beginning to get a bit fuzzy. Thanks for all your help, I discovered that gg grandad emigrated too.we thought hed died!!. This is very addictive but ive started now and hope to get back a bit further.
