So im now confused as OP says Husband was George Legg

for the benefit of others pm from Sarah:-

Kathleen or Katherine Legg would have been born in Dorset around 1880. She died in 1933 and her husband was Eli Ricketts.

Are you sure mother is Katherine?

If you ..Search trees..... Sarah has an Amy b. 1910, so the younger sibling Dora found, could be correct.

I have just looked for a death and the only Katherine coming up was 60 and she is registered in Newton A

If I've understood correctly Amy is the grandmother and her mother was Katherine and her father was George. The seven children are Amy and her siblings.

If you get Amy's B/C it will tell you her Mums maiden name

But you also have no birth date of the children which will help narrow things down

I am trying to find the sirname of the mother of my grandmother Amy Legg. Her husband was George Legg and they had 7 children, Charlie, Alan, Bert, Rosie,Ethel, Amy and Dora.They lived in Dorset and she died in 1933.
