Tamar Walker Davison was my great grandmother. This is her maiden name. She was married to James Ashworth. She died in Coventry in 1976. Her son Alfred to whom you refer died before his first birthday. His sister, Kathleen Aldra Ashworth (married name, Gray) was my maternal grandmother.

I was lucky, Ninja Lady, I had come across a Tamar before who was mistranscribed James.
