I am also searching for any information on Joan Kathleen Batchelor. Unfortunately I am unable to find her year of birth but know that she married Jacob Nason in June 1950. They lived in Lewisham Way in Deptford.

Once again any help would be really appreciated. As I have come to a dead end in my searches.

I have ordered the birth certificate of Jack Nason and Joan Kathleen Batchelor (should arrive next week).

However in the meantime I have found Joan Kathleen Batchelor on another persons tree - although they are unable to give me any further information about her. They have her year of birth as 1914, so looking very dubious as to her being alive.

Does anybody know what the best way would be for me to find out her death records?

Her death would not have been registered in her maiden name!!

Your best bet is to insert all her forenames and no surname, then include the year of birth as you know it and see what comes back!

V interesting info turned up on marriage cert. Turns out Jacob nason had been divorced from a Jessie Nason , formerly Wartenberg (I think thats right translation). joan kathleen batchelors dad was Charles abard Batchelor and she was born in 1930 so a lot younger than I first thought. Due to this one error half the family tree is incorrect. I estimated her birth year as 1914!

I'm glad you have finally had some answers to questions you had.

This proves what we always say, buying certs is a must to prove family tree's!!
