Member Since: January 2008 Posts: 66 Send Message	What happened to my grandfather Benjamin Brook(e)s? He was born 18th November 1880 in Stafford, Staffordshire. I can find him in every census except the 1911. I can find his wife Edith Page born in 1876 in Hanwell, Middlesex (married in Hailsham in 1908) with their son Dennis born in 1909 living in Hanwell Middlesex but there is no sign of Benjamin. I have tried every county in England & Wales but there is no sign of him. Can anyone help? Has anyone got any ideas? Regards Angela He didn't die until 1953.

	Does it say if Edith is widowed in 1911?? What was Benjamin's occupation? Maureen

Member Since: January 2008 Posts: 66 Send Message	Hi Maureen, Have just added a P.S. He died in 1953. Occupation shoemaker and then a male nurse but I don't know in what year.
