The only Henry or Herbert Skeat(e)s on that CD are
Henry Skeates s.o William and Clarissa 11 Feb 1816 Winchester St Bartholomew Hyde
Henry Skeats s.o. William and Sarah 28 Oct 1838 Penton Mewsey

Neither is in the 1820's nor close to Lymington

There are baptisms in Lymington for John and Frances to John and Mary, both Nov 7 1817 (twins or a "job lot"?)
In total, there are 86 Skeat/Skeats/Skeates scattered around, although Appleshaw does seem to be a Skeat hotspot (the Penton Mewsey's are probably an offshoot).

This batch on familysearch has baptisms for Boldre 1813-1840 but there are no Skeats listed.

Have you tried Hampshire online parish clerk:

Nothing under either Boldre or Lymington. It looks as if you have to search each parish and not the whole site.
