As he was born December (quarter) 1898 --and the census where taken early on in the year then his birth would look as if it was a year out on the census ---it always says "about" on the census transcription. |

This MIGHT BE Dorothy on the 1911 census --however once again you do need the marriage cert to make sure as she is down as Dorothy Eva Spanner on this census !! |
