	I am struggling to find any info on Eleanor Vaughan born 1870 to parents Thomas Vaughan 1816 and Elizabeth Llewelyn in Newport Pembs I have found her with the family in 1871 census age 1 but she is not with the family in the 1881 census I have searched the death records in between but nothing, I dont seem to be able to find her birth records either can someone help me.

She is more likely to be a granddaughter as Elizabeth would have been well over 50 when she was born and there is a huge gap between her and the next child. No births for an Ellen Vaughan in the area. Katie

	small 2 cents here -- Ellen / Eleanor is an extreeeemely common variation over different records for the same person.

	Thanks a million June and Katie this will give me something to work with. Now I have the dob I can get a birth cert which will confirm whether she was granddaughter. Thanka again.
