Hi Valerie,
My grand father was Frederick Hills c1919 married to Matilda Wilkins.
Talking to one of my dads cousins, I was told the family we're Romany Gipsies,
I wasn't quite sure what side of the family we're gipsies but it coiuld be from Frederick Hills?
I'm at a dead end with his side of the family so can't help you more with info. Although you may have helped me, as I'll search his name first for the gipsy side of the tree.
