could any one tell me if Frances is a boy or girls name, I am trying to find out if it is worth sending for cert to see if this is a marriage for my gr gr nan in 1899. As on my gr grandads marriage cert there is a Robert Graham as witness and I know his dad was not alive. Kind regards Paula |
