Could someone please help me with Albert Davies parents

Cathy, I looked on the coalmining sitecouldn't find his name. Christine found a death in sept 1922 so I checked very carefully from that time. It's also possible he died in some other kind of accident. Stories are passed down and not always correct.
Couldn't do this without all the wonderful help.

Hi Barbara,

I've had a look on the The Coalming History Resource Centre but can't find Albert Edward Davies in the very comprehensive list of coalmining accidents that are on there but you might find something that I missed!
I did find my GG Grandfather that I didn't even know had been killed in there.
It's a fascinating website anyway for anyone that has coalming ancestors
as I do and you might find others in your family!

Edit! Can discount Mary Jane just found her with her parents!

Unless you or someone can find a baptism which gives the dob, the only way to get the actual date is to purchase the certificates.

Thankyou so much for all the infomation, I still have to work out where Mary fits in my mother thought she was the eldest.

Thanks everyone for trying to help. I have found out that Franks mothers name was Mary Ann Davies nee King and father Albert Edward Davies. Father killed in mine around 1920. Still can't find marriage details or birth dates of Franks siblings

My father Frank was born in 1919, he had a brother Arther, sisters Olive, Mary,Alice and Lillian. They lived in Little Smeeton Dewsbury,I would be grateful fo any details ie dates of birth and any info about his parents. I believe his mother was a widow for a long time. Frank was the youngest.
