Looking for John Stone born Weston upon Trent 1847- Father Thomas Stone

It does appear that John and Robert are one and the same - as all the info you have detailed matches that I have or Henry's mother,brother, sister etc.

The 1851 census for Robert 1806 and Hannah nee Wall married @ 1827
A tree has these people on having 9 children but no Robert born to them.
They did however say they had John 1831 who married Hannah Dent born 1822 Wigston Leicesteshire.
John and Hannah's children were Ann 1848
Thomas T 1850 should be Thomas James.
Henry 1849
1861 Census has John Ford born 1812 Thulston Derbyshire Bricklayer
Hannah Ford 1822 born Wigston Leic nee Stone.
Ann Stone
Thomas Stone bricklayer.
No Henry.

The tree has Henry married to Elizabeth Martin and they had 13 children.
Is it possible that John/Robert are one in the same.

Just received a copy of Henry's marriage certificate and it states his father as Robert Stone not Samuel as thought.

Weston on trent and Shardlow are only four miles apart...and Aston on Trent two miles away. Weston is a Parish in the hundred of Shardlow.

This is a different Samuel Stone. I assume they named this son, born in 1852, after the one which had died in 1850.

Obviously, get Henry's birth certificate, but I'm pretty sure that Hannah Eaton and Samuel Stone are his parents.
