Member Since: January 2010 Posts: 94 Send Message	Hi I'm looking for family from Guernsey... My Great grandfather was Ronald Short, founder of the Ron Short centre in Guernsey. I have been trying to find information on him and his wife's family but have not been able to find anything. As far as I'm aware, he was born around 1911 in Dorset, and he married Christine Collas, from Guernsey, probably in the 1930s as this was when their daughters Marian (1938- my grandmother) and Jenny (c1942) were born. Unfortunately I have not been able to find any records of Ronald Short or Christine Collas- this has been especially difficult as Christine was from Guernsey. If anybody has any information about either the Shorts or the Collas family, it would be greatly appreciated :) Many thanks, Tansy
