	That's the problem with the censuses on GR. You can't go to the previous page or next page, easy to do on Ancestry. If you give us the mother's name and year of birth we can go to the previous page and give you the father's name and year of birth then you can look it up on GR.

	Yes, it must be that one, Andy, because wife Ann is at the top of the page and husband Thos. Fred'k is on previous page. Someone elese is working on the family because they have made a correction to the name. Oops! Can't be right, just saw Lynda's post. this Thomas Frederick was born 1804.

	How can it be the correct one, Lyn? You said his name was Thomas James born 1824, this is Thomas Frederick born 1804.

	The name didn't change to Tready, it's just mistranscribed, the original is definitely Treadaway. The same family in 1861 has father's name Thomas James and he's 37. Looking back at that 51 census his age could possibly be 27 with a line through it making it look like 47 but his second name is definitely Fred'k.

	The address in 1851 was also Hide (Hyde) Place Thomas was Bricklayer Mary Lucas and Charlotte Brown seem to have been living in 2 separate parts of the same hosue ..... ie, nothing to do with the Treadaway family sylvia

	There is also information on www.familysearch.org ...... although you do have to be careful to distinguish between Extracted records taken from the actual parish records, and Submitted records which have been sent in by church members and have no backing documentation sylvia
