Help to find my great grandparents

I would love help to find out about my great grandparents. all i know is my grandad was called Alan Wood and was born 1922 or 1923 in sunderland and i think his mams maiden name was black. any help would be greatly appreciated. |

No i dont have any certificates at the moment, i know he married to Eileen ryall in 1947 if that helps....i also got his name wrong, it was Micheal Anthony not alan. sorry. |

A lot of possible siblings, so the marriage found in 1912 could be correct but you need the cert to be sure. |

He could have been born Christmas Day as the birth was registered in the 1st qtr of 1922 so possibly born Christmas Day 1921. |
