	Good morning everyone :-D :-D Breakfast is ready Fresh fruit salad with vanilla yoghourt broiled grapefruit with brown sugar Porridge with chopped up dates, bananas, and maple syrup (other fruit selections over there >>>> ) Selection of cold cereals French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free), hot cinnamon rolls, cheddar chive rolls, brie, onion and red pepper focaccia cheese and onion tarts, smoked salmon quiche, almond crumble peach muffins, apple pecan muffins, jams, jellies Tea, coffee, juices (some bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!) enjoy s xxx :-) :-) :-) :-)

	did you know I made Dea a bacon buttie before she went to sleep last night... she did visit the other side though so it was a reward.... :-) :-) ;-)

	Well it was a bit much for poor Cyns she had already fallen off her chair at that stage and then you came along.. she has had to spend all night in a quiet room. Even FbyG's snoring was blocked out..... Persie xx ;-)
