Evening all, hope you are well!

Day one of my holiday and spent the morning in the big hardware shop, buying some Daphnes for the backyard and looking at lime trees. I've been buying a few lately so OH decided I may as well grow my own.

HOT HOT HOT here! No breeze to cool down.

Himself has lost more weight.... he came out dripping wet after his shower, I had taken his towel for the wash and not replaced it. I told him he soon would not need one as there would be none of him left to dry.

Gins,

Could you retaining fuid?

I know that if you eat salty food of loads more water than usual, your body will retain fluid and you weigh more..but look at it this way, you have lost weight again, and that's two consectutive weeks in a row!

Persie I wish that was my problem that I was so thin I might dissapear!

Gee

Gee Report 23 Jan 2012 08:57

I do eat a lot of salt Gracie...........shouldnt but I love the stuff

My clothes feel a lot baggier, just have to keep up with it I guess or the alternative is......fat bag!

Might cut out wine on Friday nights :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( and I am drinking lots of tea, which I dont normally.....back to water I guess

JB has lost 2lb

AmazingGrace08

AmazingGrace08 Report 23 Jan 2012 09:02

LOL Gins,

I love wine too so am finding that a bit hard to go without...you might be losing cemtimetres rather than weight sometimes it works that way.

If JB is a male (sorry not sure!) men always lose weight much faster, most unfair I think!

Tea is fine to drink it may be the salt..maybe if you cut that back just for one week and see what happens...?

Gee

Gee Report 23 Jan 2012 09:51

LOL..............JB is ALL male!

Yes, I will cut down on salt I think and maybe not drink as much tea as the milk has calories....semi skimmed

If I cant drink wine one night a week then Im going to have to resign myself to being a size 14, after all I am 5'7!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look out for the new drama on BBC1 starting 31st Jan PRSISONERS WIVES. The working title while they shot it was BOUND, dont know why they changed it

It was filmed in Sheffield and all the school shots are filmed in JBs workplace. They used his office for the 'headmasters' office!

They paid well to use the building, which is an old school and the crew supplied three course meals throughout the shoot......hence JB needing to lose a few punds!

Good morning all .... It would appear that my cloak has been removed, my armour pierced and my mask ripped off.

Here I stand with only a maple leaf for decency, naked except for the leaf exposed to all.

It was interesting to observe all the guessing.

I thought the comments I made about the avatars would cause some guessing as a poster cannot have 2 avatars but I figured when I started to quote postings on the closed board on the other side the choice could be narrowed, it was.

Stay tuned .... you never know when I may assume another alter ego
