I missed it all Persie!

I had to take little grandson to the park before I took him to Playgroup and I couldn't get in for breakfast before I went :-( :-(

I took a picnic to the park but he wanted to go into the little cafe and have beens on toast so I had a 'horrible' bacon buttie oozing with some sort of greasy pale yellow spread stuff...........Urggghhhhh !

Just got back and I am going to eat my picnic now! - I am starving :-( :-(

I actually did a bit of research on my own tree first thing when I couldn't get on here and I found a tree on Ancestry which is connected to my family.

GR will have to be careful - if the site keeps going down, we may find we can live without it :-D :-D :-D ;-)

See you all later.

Maybe you have run out of yellow ink ;-) Cyns..

The other side notifies people and they can't see posts... I get posts and they don't always notify me... and I just found a message I knew nothing about... that is forever happening... you feel so ill mannered when you haven't replied to something sent ages ago.

I am supposed to be asleep so back to noddy land...

Dea

Dea Report 27 Jan 2012 15:57

Well Joy - It WAS cooked but unfortunately we could not get in to eat it so it went all cold and soggy !!

GR have a lot to answer for!

I, for one, almost faded away through lack of nourishment !!! :-(

I just had fun visiting our new local Morrisons. We had one before but it was quite small and I felt awkward trying to get around the shop on my Scooter...so did'nt bother going over there.

They have built this one next door and are going to knock down the old one so the carpark is bigger...They better hurry up as they are parking down our road.

They had loads of nice stuff in there so I shall try and go more often now.

Glad it was'nt just me with the FB problem...strange that the overseas members could see the posts ok

Hello Joy.........yep.....breakfast was cold..... :-(

Never mind......we've recovered.....

Persie.....it's a brand new cartridge - I don't get the colours individually it's just a 'colour' cartridge which contains ......er....colours :-S

I pop into Morrison's occasionally and look round for their special offers.

There were some cold things in breakfast that were meant to be cold!

Have you tried shaking the cartridge?

Dea

Dea Report 27 Jan 2012 19:26

I DID salvage some quiche to go with my picnic Sylvia, and the chicken karage is always just as good cold so I enjoyed that too.

Let's hope things will be better tomorrow !!

Ja...x - I do over 90% of my food shopping in Morrisons - I find it excellent for most things!

Their fruit and veg leaves a lot to be desired at times but their fillet steak cannot be bettered!

I always used to buy my beef from a local butcher and would not dream of buying it from a supermarket but I was recommended to try some from Morrisons and I have to say that I would not now buy it from anywhere else!

AND - I am not just saying that because I own a few shares in the place :-D :-D ;-)

Cheap fruit & veg at low cost supermarkets does not last in the fridge.....the cheaper they sell them, the cheaper they buy them, which means they buy late, after the top stores have had their pickings

But if youre gonna eat them quick....good value, less nutrition though

Dea Report 27 Jan 2012 19:44

You are right Ginns - luckily we have an excellent fruit and veg shop in town!

I find it a struggle to get to it though so don't go there too often but their produce is FAR superior !!
