The Lichfield cathedral spires are something else Jonesey....whew ...image being up there in the wind or even the hot sun to be honest. Brave men indeed.


Dea, having had a very trying afternoon, I am going to the chinese takeaway. No cooking at all.......wonderful.

I have to say - IF you have a 'good' Chinese takeaway, it is far easier and far superior to mine, HOWEVER, IF you have one of those 'English' version's of a 'Chinese' - then mine is best !!!

I went to one the other day and it was DIABOLICAL !!!!!

Was up half the night and the next day it was still lying very heavy !!

It bore no resemblance to 'Chinese' as we know it !!!

NEVER AGAIN !!!

I will be happy to share mine with you if you are disappointed !!

I had a look just out of interest and could not find anything anywhere ---W.Derby appears to be a Registration District and a Place --so after amusing my self for an hour or so ---got bored ---did you look in to it ---

Chinese seems very popular to day --- I have never ever had a chinese takeaway or indian for that matter ---Have eaten in Asian Fusion restaurant -- and like the Crispy Duck ---and other crispy dishes ---
Have also eaten in China --- but they did not serve anything resembling takeaways or chinese rest menus ----but am not an expert

I prefer European Cuisine --- like all the smells of Thai, Indonesian, Chinese dishes but not the taste --- hate even the smell of any type of Curry ...

I get lost trying to find my way to the site,

|Then when I am there, I can't find my way around the walls and the people,

Then I am totally lost and people are sending me mssages right left and centre.!"!"

Not a great lover of Chinese find it too bland prefer Indian or Thai.

Does'nt look like I'm having anything for dinner tonight as fridge looks empty and HID has'nt asked me for any money to go shopping.....never mind need to lose some weight lol
